Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging when applicable.

How to start a return

• Contact our support team with your order number.
• We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
• Ship the item back using the method we specify.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
